• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. • Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures. • To assist the bartender(s) and cocktail staff in performance of their duties • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis including before, during and after shift. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times during shift including: removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, picking up and dumping garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing equipment • Maintain and organized bar Previous Bar Help experience preferred. Candidate must possess the ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests, employees and supervisors

ATTENDANT

Responsible for overseeing a territory / premises / enterprise / facility. You must provide information to customers, make reservations, collect fees for services provided, monitor compliance with the rules.
