• Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all customers in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. All duties are to ensure the hotel’s beverage department employees and guests receive a quality product and good service. • Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call”, and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner.

COCKTAIL SERVER
