The Gift Shop position is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the retail shop, stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting guests. Specific day to day responsibilities include the following: Greet guests entering the gift shop/Liquor shop Assist guests with choosing items and finding sizes Prevent loss by theft or breakage Maintain organized and presentable displays Prepare orders to be shipped through the mail Handle cash and credit cards to process payments and returns Assist in performing weekly inventories Coordinate with Assistant Restaurant Manager to improve product offering based on guest feedback Ensure guest satisfaction in all aspects of the Gift Shop Assist in Brewery tours

RETAIL CASHIER

Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate parties. Handles cash transactions between customers and retail stores. Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers. Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
