Housekeeping is very physically demanding. Be prepared to stand, walk, and be able to push a 50-pound cart all day. Follow the same performance guidelines as the full-time staff. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude. Daily cleaning of guest rooms: changing linens, dusting, cleaning toilets, tub/shower, sinks, and mirror. Vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets; washing bathroom floors daily. Wiping vanity drawers, cleaning windows, vacuuming drapes, and performing other cleaning duties on a periodically scheduled basis. Restocking rooms with appropriate bathroom amenities and linens. Restocking carts daily with supplies, linen/terry, and cleaning supplies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. This is not an easy job to do. You must have the physical stamina to do this job for the entire season. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. You will be required to work all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays

HOUSEKEEPER

Housekeepers handle light cleaning needed for the upkeep of homes as well as commercial buildings, such as offices, hotels, and hospitals. Typically they'll replace bedding, clean rooms, halls and bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, replace toiletries and make beds.
