Busser: This position is very fast-paced! Clear and clean tables and dining area with a courteous and proficient manner. You must have great customer service and language skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet. Must like people and have a great attitude - you will be working directly with the guests. Help keep kitchen and restaurant clean. Must be able to lift up to 25lb/11kg. Able to assists servers with filling waters, restocking host station, etc. Communicate with the kitchen staff while running food to guest tables in a timely manner. Have general menu knowledge and the ability to assist with guest needs. Be able to assist fellow service staff with a wide variety of duties. Host: Greet and seat guests in a courteous and proficient manner. Must have a great team attitude, and be a dependable, hard-working, friendly and very trustworthy and honest individual. Maybe cross-trained in other departments as needed. The position is for a minimum of 32 hrs per week. During very busy weeks you will be required to work 40 hrs per week (approx. May 25 through August 23).
