Concessions Cashier: Greet guests in warm, friendly manner. Assist guests with food/drink sales in a friendly and courteous manner. Must be familiar with handling American currency. Assist with setting up the stand and preparing displays. Provide high quality service to guests by offering them food/beverage items for sale. Host Assistant: Greet guests in warm, friendly manner. Assist the servers with greeting and seating guests quickly. Verify reservations and set all reserved tables, ensuring you have enough menus, kids menus and crayons. Server Assistant: Greet guests in warm, friendly manner. Assist Servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses and creating a comfortable environment for guests. Assist with setting tables with utensils and condiments, and all stations are stocked with dishware, napkins, straws and other necessary items. Cook: Prepare enough food for expected attendance in designated stand, safely, quickly and efficiently. Set up stand, ensure correct quantities of stock, proper temperatures, equipment operating properly, correct food handling procedures. InSeat Runner: Proficiently and courteously take food and drink orders from the InSeats Kitchen to the guests in their assigned seats. Set up and stock stand, fulfill orders, interact with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner. Retail Staff: Responsible for answering any and all customer questions in a positive and courteous manner and making every customer happy while adhering to company policy. You will be expected to continuously update your knowledge of products and services. All positions require that you must be extremely friendly and customer service oriented. Individuals must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl reach with hands and arms, taste and smell. Must be able to walk, stand, talk hear and use hands to handle or feel for the entire shift. The individual must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

TEAM MEMBER

Team members help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.
