As a Busser, you would be responsible for assisting the wait staff and guests efficiently and courteously in providing prompt table service in the dining room. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Clearing and resetting tables • Assisting wait staff whenever necessary—e.g. bread and butter, water, drinks, clear plates. • Polishing silverware and glasses, keeping both restocked. • Folding napkins and tablecloths, putting in proper bins

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.
