Perform work involving the use of large and small equipment. Routine manual labor involving trash removal, sweeping, and receiving deliveries. Keep all flower pots throughout the park clean and debris free. Clean restrooms, sweep/mop floors, toilets, walls, and sinks. Restock hand towels and hand soap. Maintain a clean dumpster area. Clean windows and mirrors wherever needed. Help to move equipment or inventory throughout the park. Be able to reach, bend and frequently lift up to 40 lbs or 18 kgs.

GROUNDSKEEPER

Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation. Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch. Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds. Operating and maintaining hand tools, such as loppers, saws and shovels efficiently.
