Must maintain outside grounds, including trash pickup and lawn and landscape maintenance, work with lawnmower machinery. Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and lift and push up to 50lbs/23kg; also involves bending to do work on the ground level. Very physically demanding. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. When the weather does not permit outside work you will work in the laundry department to maintain your work hours.

Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation. Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch. Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds. Operating and maintaining hand tools, such as loppers, saws and shovels efficiently.
