In this position, duties include but are not limited to; dishwashing, cleaning, trash removal, preparing foods by washing, cutting and cooking, and working in the front of the house as a server or busser. Assignments will be made based on work ethic and English. Students must be willing to do any position at the restaurant. Being flexible and a team player is important when working at this restuarant. Please expect to work full time plus overtime if you are high performer.

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

The kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
