You will be trained in any or all of the following areas. Cashier: taking orders,bagging orders, running orders to cars,operating the POS system. Grill person: Cooking, assembling sandwiches. Prep: cutting vegetables, retrieving cases of product from freezers and coolers; working fryer. Openers and Closers: Open store, set-up or clean up and close store. All shifts and positions will require sweeping, mopping and general cleaning. All shifts will be between 5am & midnight. You will not set your shifts. You will not choose your shifts. Shifts assigned each week based on employer needs. You will handle pork.
The kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
