Busser: This position is very fast paced! Clear and clean tables and dining area with a courteous and proficient manner. You must have great customer service and language skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet. Must like people and have a great attitude - you will be working directly with the guests. Help keep kitchen and restaurant clean. Must be able to lift up to 25lb/11kg. Food Runner: Assists servers with filling waters, restocking host station, etc. Communicate with the kitchen staff while running food to guest tables in a timely manner. Have general menu knowledge and the ability to assist with guest needs. Be able to assist fellow service staff with a wide variety of duties. Host: Greet and seat guests in a courteous and proficient manner. Must have a great team attitude, and be a dependable, hard working, friendly and very trustworthy and honest individual. May be cross-trained in other departments as needed. Position is for a minimum of 32 hrs per week.

SERVER ASSISTANT

The Server Assistant’s responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages, assisting Servers with processing payments, removing trash, and sanitizing restaurant menus. You should also be able to perform end-of-day clean-up duties.
