As a Steward, you are responsible for cleaning and storing all items used by the Stewarding Department. you will also be responsible for ensuring the surrounding kitchen is clean and organized. -Proper use of all dishwashing equipment (sorting, pre-wash, stacking, detergent feeding, temperature controls of machine). Distribute all pots, pans, utensils etc to the work are after cleaning.

STEWARD

A Steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, assists in cleaning dishes and tends to customers' needs. The Steward may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information.
