In this position, participants work in a busy deli department providing direct service to customers. You will greet customers in a polite and professional way, answer basic questions, and help manage lines so that waiting times stay as short as possible. You must stay calm and respectful with all customers, even when they are in a hurry or upset. You will prepare hot and cold food items such as fried foods, soups, salads, and sandwiches. This includes operating deli equipment such as hot oil fryers. You must follow food safety rules, use protective equipment, and pay close attention when working with hot oil and sharp tools

Responsible for promoting and assisting in the operation of different equipment / choosing the right items, as well as ensuring that each customer has a positive experience, being polite and efficient, as well as maintaining a clean and organized standard. It must provide consulting services and operate the cash register.
