Daily duties include cleaning slot machines, ash trays, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, countertops, furniture, and decorations in the casino. Also vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, handling spills, and cleaning biohazards. Trash must be removed to dumpsters. Workers must know proper chemical and equipment use, stand and work in a noisy, smoky environment for up to eight hours, and provide excellent customer service.

TEAM MEMBER

Team members help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.
