Bartender are responsible to ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. They are expected to be friendly and engaging when interacting with guests to project a positive image of the company while providing top quality service. Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following: - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations

RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER

The typical restaurant crew member completes a variety of food preparation, customer transaction and sanitation jobs. A main responsibility during the shift is to take customer orders and process payments. They may also work on preparing and expediting food orders. In between customers, crew members perform cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and sanitizing food preparation areas.
