The primary role is busser, however, participants must be willing to do any position at the restaurant, at any given time of their schedules. Duties include but are not limited to food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning tables and the area around, serving food, and other tasks assigned by the employer. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. It's important to stay flexible. Must have open availability. Specific responsibilities include: Proactively supports the restaurant team by clearing tableware, napkins and refuse from tables. Ensure restaurant cleanliness by wiping down tables and chairs, and clears debris from floor and surrounding area. Deliver prompt service by resetting tables in a timely matter. Proactively support the restaurant team while monitoring dining room activity. Collaborate with team members to communicate any special needs or guest requests. Utilize the freedom to go beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty

BUSSER

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.
