For some that are doing an exceptional job and demonstrating a consistent, great work ethic and outstanding customer service experience, you may be invited to work a shift, or a few shifts, as an F&B Attendant. You will be responsible for serving food and beverage items to our guests, including delivering amenities, in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. •The F & B Attendant position works outside in the elements, primarily the sun, and wind, during most shifts. •F & B Attendants are required to be on their feet for the entire shift, walking the pool deck, which includes stairs and some inclines. •Maintain the setup and assist with pre-sets for certain menu items if needed •Cleanliness of tables and pool chairs •Serve water and other pre-bussing items to tables and pool chairs as needed •Clearing dishes as needed from tables and pool deck tables and chairs •Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for Stewarding and ensure proper safety standards at all times •Routine sweeps of the guest hallways and elevator landings in both towers to pick up all dishes •Check all tickets to ensure that trays are properly loaded. Check that plates are properly garnished. Check for table number and positioning points, if applicable. •Transport all dishes from the kitchen and serve them in a professional manner to guest tables, the pool, and the bar •Proficiently use and understand the Kitchen Display System ensuring food is prepared according to the order. •Prepare and deliver amenities per daily orders and complete amenity delivery log •Prepare and deliver mobile dining deliveries to guest rooms •Restock food and beverage items, supply all side stations with equipment needed for service, ensure that work areas are kept clean, and remove used equipment •Place stock orders for goods needed for everyday service; perform inventory requisitions with the aid of a computer, retrieve and store food and beverage goods •Set up and break down workstations •Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of the expo side of the kitchen line as well as tools needed in the performance of duties. Maintain and accurately record on a daily basis the temperature for refrigerators and freezers, and expiration dates on all dressings. Maintain cleanliness of the back of house workstations •Perform various side and closing duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
