Employer will assign positions during your Employer interview, however, you will be crosstrained to work various positions as needed by the business. They are hiring 4 Room Attendants, advanced English; 3 Food Runners, proficient English; 1 Pastry Cook, advanced English; 2 Host, proficient English Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers, changing linens, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash, etc. Very physically demanding. Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel, and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job. Restock housekeeping carts. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Food Runners: Always greets guests with a smile, in a friendly manner. Assists servers and management to achieve a successful shift. Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Uphold sanitation and food safety standards. Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory. Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash; reset tables with plates, utensils, napkins, glasses, etc as needed. Scrapes and stacks plates, bowls, etc in the dishwashing area. Stocks supplies. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Pastry Cook requires advanced English and the ability to read recipes and instructions. Youwill provide support to the pastry Chef by keeping ingredients stocked and measured, removing items from the hot ovens, removing baked goods from hot pans, and properly presenting items on plates. Must keep the area clean and sanitary while preparing food. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow clear directions, team spirit, and desire to create amazing pastry items up to the standards of our resort. You need to be flexible since you may be asked to assist in other departments. Hosts must have a great phone presence and be understood. Greeting and seating guests, assisting servers with filling waters, clearing tables, restocking the host station, and making guest reservations over the phone and in person. Previous restaurant experience would be helpful but not required. Must be very outgoing and personable. Personality is key! Professional appearance is also key. Wants participants that are interested in exceeding their customers’ expectations.

TEAM MEMBER

Team members help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.
