Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure space usage is maximized • Directs motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary • Assists Guests in getting out of their car as needed • Loading and unloading trams as needed • Patrol parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts • Lift, position, and remove barricades in order to open or close parking areas • Must have a general sense of surroundings in order to keep areas secure and watch for potential theft • Is flexible, adaptive, and a team player • This position may require you to work in other positions, locations, and/or departments on an adhoc basis • Respond to an emergency situation in the area until a supervisor arrives • Complete any and all tasks are given by Typhoon Texas management • Provide excellent customer service while in all positions • Must be at least 16 years of age • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered to drive our trams with valid driver’s license

TEAM MEMBER

Team members help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.
