As a barista duties include but are not limited to: making coffee drinks, serving beverages and also selling the in-house made gelato to customers. This is a customer service position that requires a friendly personable attitude. In addition, the barista will be required to cashier, clean and maintain their workstation.This is a very fast-paced position in a busy cafe environment. Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager. Tips are earned in this position.

Baristas make and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea, and foods, such as sandwiches, muffins, or cookies. They package coffee blends, make coffee and tea, explain menu items to customers, clean, and attempt to ensure that customers are comfortable and satisfied.
