Kitchen Prep: - Responsible for helping staff maintain food service. - You will do much of the preparation for the dishes that are served. - This includes chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food, and more. - Help prepare and plate food - Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. - Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. - Sorting storing and distributing ingredients. - Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts and supporting chefs in a specific work section. - Assist Chefs and Cooks for food preps and other kitchen works
