For this position, you will be cross-trained in multiple departments. Housekeeping; very physically demanding, you must be prepared to stand for an extended period of time, and be able to push/pull a 50lbs/22kg cart. Clean the rooms of the hotel. With that, duties include but are not limited to: changing all dirty linens and replace with fresh, clean ones, dusting and wiping down all surfaces of the room (counters, sink, toilet, tub/shower, mirror, etc.). You will have to vacuum, sweep, mop and ensure that each room is completely clean. Food and Beverage: you will serve food to guests, be responsible for ensuring all products (plates, napkins, silverware, food, coffee) are always stocked and prepare and serve food and coffee. Once breakfast is finished, you will be responsible for cleaning the entire dining area (tables, counters, line, dining room). You will also have to have positive interactions with guests. Houseperson: Maintain public area, remove the trash, and ensure all common areas are clean (elevator, lobby, exercise room, pool area, and restrooms). Any other tasks supervisors assign will also apply. Laundry: removing and sorting laundry from the laundry chute, housekeeping carts/guests rooms, operating and loading the washers and dryers (using the automated chemical systems), folding, counting, and placing linens.

HOTEL ATTENDANT

Responsible for creating a good mood for hotel guests in recreation areas. You must provide information to guests; to release keys; to make reservations; answer phone calls, and so on. The position is a challenge, it includes various tasks and offers different opportunities. You will also communicate directly with hotel guests, who are from different regions, states, countries, socializing with them you have the chance to create friendships for life, to improve your English and get many impressions, related to the behavior and attitude of the various nationalities encountered.
