Participants will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in different back-of-the-house restaurant positions based on the store's needs and the participant's interests. Line Cooks, Food Prep, OrderTakers, Bussers, and Food Runner are the possible positions the participant will be working at. Job duties that participants can expect are food preparation, washing dishes and customer service,
The typical restaurant crew member completes a variety of food preparation, customer transaction and sanitation jobs. A main responsibility during the shift is to take customer orders and process payments. They may also work on preparing and expediting food orders. In between customers, crew members perform cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and sanitizing food preparation areas.
