Crew Person: A Crew Member, or Restaurant Crew Member, is responsible for assisting a team of restaurant staff in preparing orders and interacting with customers. Their duties include greeting customers and inputting their order requests into a computer system, working as part of an assembly line to cook and package orders and maintaining a clean work space by sanitising surfaces before, during and after shifts. A Crew Member is generally the first point of contact for guests and completes a variety of duties, including the following: - Serving customers in a timely manner - Assisting in the training of new Crew Members - Working within a team setting to meet sales goals during a shift Provide fast and friendly service to guests, greet and interact with guests with a smile, take food orders, operate a cash register, handle US currency, prepare meals, operate equipment in the kitchen, serve food and drinks, mop floors, wipe tables, restock goods, prepare food, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. All workers may be required to work at drive thru and clean bathrooms. Additional duties may be assigned. Workplace environment: Will be on on feet for long hours and around hot surfaces. Handling food and money. Cleaning kitchen and bathroom will require use of cleaning products. May need to go into walk-in refrigerator. **All team members must be available and comfortable to do all jobs within the store. That includes but is not limited to cashier, kitchen, and lobby attendant. All positions are expected to help with cleaning bathrooms and public areas.

CREW MEMBER

Position includes, but is not limited to, operating cash registers, taking customers' orders, handling American currency, presenting food to customers, making icecream desserts, drinks & coffee drinks, stocking, and keeping counters and prep/food area clean. You will also have to help with cleaning up spills, taking out the trash, and other duties as requested by management.
