Great customer skills needed for this job. You will provide continental breakfast to all hotel guests from 6am-10am. Prepare breakfast, stock the serving areas, make coffee, slice fruit, mix juice, cook, stock pastry trays, etc. Maintain the serving areas, restock as needed. Any additional time can be spent helping in daily housekeeping tasks. Housekeeping: very physically demanding. Duties will include, but not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including toilets and showers; change linens, dust, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors, bathroom, and furniture with chemicals, empty trash, etc.

BREAKFAST ATTENDANT

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.
