Maintain bar areas, floors, and surrounding work areas by keeping the area swept, mopped, and free from spills, trash, debris. Removes waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from bar area and work stations. Removes dishes, glasses, cutlery for bartenders. Scrapes and stacks plateware in dishwashing area. Replenishes ice, beer and stock. Taps beer kegs. Greets guests with a smile, in a friendly manner. Assists bartenders and management to achieve a successful shift. Must be physically strong. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

BARS TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities include being able to: communicate with customers, correctly ID customers, have knowledge of the various venues, make change for customers, and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages and other items. An outgoing personality and a positive attitude are required. Must be 21+
