  2. Select the Embassy and Consulate: Romania – Bucharest.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the Verification Code as shown.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on Retrieve an Application.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your Application ID: check below!<\/li>\n
  6. Click on Retrieve an Application.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter the First 5 letters of your Surname: check below!<\/li>\n
  8. Enter your Year of Birth: check below!<\/li>\n
  9. Answer the question: What is the given name of your mother’s mother? Check below!<\/li>\n
  10. Click on Retrieve an Application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now you are in your DS160 Application Form, continue to fill in all the data according to the requirements mentioned in the “DS160 Instructions” and also in the fields marked with the “I” sign, from your application.<\/p>\n
