The kitchen support position responsibilities include but are not limited to; doing dishes using an automated machine and by hand for larger items, Loading, rinsing, sorting, stacking/organizing all dishes. It must be okay to work with sanitizer and cleaning detergents. Also will work with sharp objects such as knives and other cutting tools, will work with hot items such as toasters and ovens. This position may involve some cutting or chopping of fruits/vegetables, using a toaster for items such as bread or muffins. An interest in the kitchen and cooking is a plus! Positions will be assigned directed by the Manager. Must be okay with any tasks assigned that are in the kitchen. Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 18kg. Additional cleaning tasks may be assigned by the kitchen manager. Meals available during shit for $3 per meal. Busser must clear dishes from and clean, then reset tables in the dining area.

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

The kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
