Duties include washing, scrubbing or polishing utensils such as pots, pans, trays, silverware and plates. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and disposing of garbage. Cleaning and sanitizing all bars, kitchens, including but not limited to ovens, coolers, freezers and deep fryers. Removes, cleans, and sanitizes kitchen floor mats and ensures proper placement. Performs other cleaning duties as assigned. This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Management reserves the right to require that other tasks be performed when circumstances arise. Willingness to be exposed to environmental factors such as, noise, cleaning chemicals and cigarette smoke. Must not have allergies. Must be able to work quickly with attention to detail. Team players only. Hard Rock is a union property, membership of the union is mandatory. Membership costs ($100 initiation fee followed by $47.50 monthly) collected from paycheck in increments.

DISHWASHER

Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
