In this position, students will be working in different functions of the restaurant including busser, food runner, and hostess. Positions will be assigned to students shortly after arrival based on work ethic, personality, and English levels. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must. Students may works 4 days a week during June and September. Students may work 5 days or even 6 days in July and August.

BUSSER

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.
