In this position, students will be working in different functions of the restaurant including busser, hostess, kitchen help(dishwashing, prep-cook and cleaning duties) and ice-cream scooper. Positions will be assigned to students shortly after arrival based on work ethic, personality, and English levels. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must.

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

The kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
