You will clear and reset tables, remove used plates, glasses, and silverware, and carry them safely to the dishwashing area. You will wipe tables, chairs, and service stations, sweep floors, and keep the dining area free of spills, trash, and debris. You will restock glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies so servers have what they need during busy shifts. You will also help with basic service tasks such as bringing items to tables, filling ice bins, changing bag-in-box sodas, and moving tables or chairs for large parties or events.

BUSSER

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.
