As a kitchen team member, you'll assist cooks in safely preparing food according to hotel recipes and standards. You'll read and follow menus, forecasts, and recipes to support food production in your assigned area. Responsibilities include ensuring your station is stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment, properly storing and labeling food to prevent spoilage, and assisting with special guest requests. You’ll also participate in food prep and presentation alongside cooks, helping with items like soups, salads, sauces, and entrees.
