Prep Cook: responsible for ingredient preparation, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen, and assisting with cooking tasks. Duties include following prep lists, measuring and preparing ingredients, making simple dishes, portioning food, following safety standards, handling raw meats, reporting issues, and supporting kitchen operations. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.
