Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting and assisting guests. Efficiently process sales using a point-of-sale system. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Set up and dismantle tables and chairs for special events, such as the seafood festival. Work at the seafood festival, including setup and breakdown tasks. Restock supplies and products from warehouses. Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, reporting accidents as necessary. Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Keep work areas and restrooms clean and free of debris. Dispose of waste and recyclables in appropriate receptacles. Maintain a clean appearance and workstation. Complete assigned opening, running, and closing duties as directed by management. Understand that sitting down and taking breaks may not be possible, and be prepared to work for long hours, possibly up to 18 hours in one day
